Can't email

Hi,
I have just installed WordPress plugin Super Refer A Friend in my blog http://www.jobs.nigcworld.com. When I try it, email didn’t go.

I asked about this problem to my hosting provider but they can’t solve my problem. They simply reply as follows:

“The server there is SMTP authentication required.” and

“Mail host name :- mail.nigcworld.com
Smtp port :- 25 or 26
Smtp user :- Your e-mail id
Password :- Password for same mail id.”

I don’t know how to configure the plug to enable it usable.
Please help me.
