Thank you for posting this question – as I just did so myself a couple of days ago. I am sorry this isn’t an answer, but I wanted to be sure to follow if/when there is one
Thanks for using Caldera Forms. I am able to delete trashed entries using the “Delete Permanently” bulk action. Is this not working for you? If so can you check for PHP and JavaScript errors that are happening when you run the “Delete Permanently” bulk action?
On my site, in the trash tab of the entries there is no option for “Delete Permanently”
There is only Export or Move to Trash

@aly22 Are you in the main admin page or a submenu entry viewer?
Also, what role are you logged in with? Only an admin can delete permanently.
I am logged in as admin.
I am under the form specific listing of submitted messages
I bulk select and choose move to trash
From TRASH I have no additional options to delete permanently

I am having this same issue, there is no Delete Permanently. Any ideas?
I am logged in as admin
I am on the main form admin.
I can trash, but there is no delete permanently
Fixed… dunno… nothing changed but it is working now…

This point is inconsistent in handling.
There are two way to reach form entries:
1. You can switch on “Show Entry View Admin Page?” in the Formsettings. If you view the entries via this Menu-Entry – there is no “delete permanently” option
2. If you list the entries via forms > show entries (mini Menu below that form) – then you will see that option for deleting permanently in the trash bin.
