There is a notice or something similar, that prevents the app to read the response from the rest api.
Without url I cannot help. Please provide your site url and I will check.

I think I have the same issue on https://underwearnudus.com/ I’m having some image loading problems on a website, so I disabled SG Optimizer, and when I enabled it, I couldn’t access its options page. It just looks blank: https://i.gyazo.com/61755f0675cdd22d5ea6c939579f7507.png
