Hi,
Does this affect only a single page or all of them?
Furthermore, please try to do the following to troubleshoot the issue:
- Make sure you have a complete backup. See here: https://elementor.com/blog/backup-wordpress/
- Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.
- Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, and server cache (if possible).
- Make sure that Elementor is updated and you are trying to edit from a supported, updated web browser.

did your advice, did not help
Hi,
Can you confirm that the plugin is updated to the latest version? If the plugin is updated, do the following steps:
- If the issue persists, deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor. If this helps, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
- If this doesn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to the Hello Theme and see if it makes any difference.
If the header and footer are built with a third-party plugin, please contact the support of those plugins, or use Elementor templates instead:
