In case you didnt saw my recent reply to your post in the other topic:
When you create a new topic the subject-input field is shown correctly? But you cant insert text when you focus it and start typing? I dont disable any input-fields at all in my plugin so maybe it could be possible that some other plugins are doing this in the frontend area of your website. Is it possible that you can check your other plugins or do you have a link to your website so I can have a look at the generated HTML of your page?
The problem was a plugin, something about copy protection, your plugin works fine now. I thank you for your patience.
