    Yes, Ad Blocker is deactivated. After connecting to FB, the yellow “Facebook Connect” Window shows a selector for “Ad account”, but the list is empty. Therefore, I can not select a Pixel ID. But at the bottom it shows “You are connected to Facebook as [my name]” and the option “Disconnect”. But not even “Disconnect” works. I uninstalled the plugin, and installed it again, and the “Facebook Connect” Windows still shows the same thing. There is not even a way for me to go back and start over again.

    Just deactivated PixelYourSite to give Pixel Caffeine a try, but it was just a waste of time… and back to PixelYourSite!

    Hi,

    sorry to hear that, I’d want to understand the reason of your issue and try to find a solution. It’s the first time I head this issue and everything works on my end, so most probably it’s something depending from the configuration of your website or some plugin conflicts with Pixel Caffeine.

    Check that no plugin or theme is conflictling with Pixel Caffeine: to do that, deactivate all plugins and active them back one by one, checking the issue in meanwhile. Do the same with the theme by activating temporary the Twenty one and checking the issue.
