Can’t even test it

    I was looking for a new forms plug to replace an existing one, wpforms sounded like one that would do the job. The free version does not allow you to really do anything so I could not even test it to see if it works and suits my needs, I’m not about to fork out for the pro version if I can’t test first. Poor effort!

    Hi @heathg,

    I’m sorry that our Lite version doesn’t seem to fit your needs for now. Our team has worked hard to make sure that our free version includes everything needed to create a basic contact form, including fields like Single Line Text and Paragraph Text that can be used to collect any information you’d like.

    You can also set up form notifications to send out form submission details.

    Thanks for the reply, unfortunately being able to test a type of field like Single Line etc is not enough. I must be able to ensure all fields are written to the database correctly, this includes addresses and other details which are not available. Without being able to do that it makes the plug-in a little unless, it is far too restrictive.

    I will not need further support, I have found another plug in that does exactly what I needed – for free too which is great for a very small business like mine.
