Are you trying to extract the file on your computer?
I Googled the error and found this:
“Error 0x80010135: Path too long is reported. Usually this error is caused when you use Windows Explorer or WinZip to extract files and it encounters a file path that exceeds the maximum character limit. To resolve this problem, you may use a decompression utility such as 7-Zip, that can handle long file paths.”
Can you try that, please?

Hi Bryle, thanks for the quick reply. Yes I was trying to extract the file on my computer. I did as you suggested and used a different extraction software. I used UnRAR and was able to extract the plugin successfully. Thank you!

By the way, there is no file ActivationStrategiesInterface.php in wp-optimize. Where did you get the zip from?

$ zipinfo wp-optimize.3.0.19.zip |grep -i ActivationStrategiesInterface.php
(empty output)

I got the zip from that same link. Though after I had gotten the error, I deleted the zip from my pc. Today, I redownloaded it just to test, and now it unzips without errors using the windows 10 default extraction software.
Very bizarre. But I’m glad its working smoothly now.
Hmmm. A bit disturbing. In fact, there has *never* been a file with that name in any version of WP-Optimize. I wonder if ww.wp.xz.cn malfunctioned. (It’s them who creates the zips).
