Can't find a theme with complex navigation

It doesn’t seem complex but I haven’t found a theme that even comes close.
I’m looking for a 3 column theme with a header, top, & left navigation.
Clicking on the top horizontal menu tabs should change the vertical links in the left column. Clicking on the left menu should change the main section.

I literally just started my first blog, I know hard to believe.
