To configure the form notification settings, please go to the form builder, click on the Settings tab, followed by the Notifications tab (please see this screenshot).

I had followed that link prior to coming here, however I’m not seeing any “notifications” tab in settings.
In fact i’m seeing something completely different. See the screenshot here https://imgur.com/49o45v2
Is it because i’m using the free version?

Sorry for the confusion. To find the notification settings of your specific form, please go to All Forms to click on the form you’d like to configure. This will open up the form builder. In the form builder, please click on the Settings tab, and this will display the Notifications tab. When you click on the Notifications tab, you should see the notifications settings.
