    i can’t find order created, example try 1111 for order number

    hello yobad1911,

    Are you using the customer order form shortcode because, in the link that you sent us, it is asking us for the Customer number, not the Order number. Please try using the shortcode:

    [tracking-form]

    This is where you can search for the orders using your Order number.

    What do you have set for “Order E-mail Confirmation” in the “Basic” area of the “Options” tab?
