Can't find Plugin options pages

    Admin > Settings > WP Review shows the WP Review Settings page

    Plugins > WP Review > Settings shows the WP Review Settings page

    There are no other links as far as I can see to get to the Plugin options page 1 and 2 that are shown in your screenshots section.

    Please help.
