• Hello,

Your installation instructions say head to Settings > Themify Shortcodes but this does not exist after activating the plugin.

There is nothing Themify from the WordPress Settings.

If I go to Themify Settings, I don’t see any Themify Shortcodes option either.

    Hi,

Are you trying to look for the Twitter settings? We need to update it on our documentation. The new Twitter setting should be at Themify > Settings > Integration API tab.

    Hi,

No, I’m not talking about Twitter.

Your instructions from the “Installation tab” here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/themify-shortcodes/

say after activating the plugin, navigate to Settings > Themify Shortcodes from the admin menu.

But from WordPress > Settings there is no Themify Shortcodes option there.

I don’t understand how to insert my shortcodes after activating the plugin.

The plugin is not visible anywhere. Not from WordPress Settings or Themify Settings.

Are you using WP 5+ Gutenberg? Gutenberg has discontinued the classic editor which is required for the shortcode generator. There are 2 options: install Classic Editor to disable Gutenberg or manually type in the shortcodes as per our documentation: https://themify.me/docs/shortcodes
