Yes, the problem still occurs. However, it only occurs to me when I visit the site for the first time (Private) and when I am not logged in.
I’m using the latest Safari.

The plugin intentionally does not track admin traffic. You’ll need to test using guest checkout or a non WordPress admin user. If you have problems still, try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and Google Analytics to see if this resolves the problem.
If this fixes the issue, then re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
