Can’t Find wp-config.php ??

    I’m running Apache 2.2 with PHP 5 and MySQL 5.0
    this is running locally on my machine, for testing purposes
    (ie: http://localhost/wp-admin/install.php)
    created a database called “wordpress”
    edited my wp-config.php file for everything
    dropped the files into my htdocs for Apache to recognize it
    I’ve tried restarting MySQL/Apache services several times
    and nothing, it can’t seem to find this file! what’s up with that?
