    Hi, I just installed the plugin and it looks great. I connected to my business manager account and the pixel is working with Woocommerce. However, I can’t seem to activate the catalog option.
    I click on product catalog, then when I check “Automatic Facebook upload”->”Use existing Facebook Catalogs” – the plugin can’t find my catalogs (I have 2).
    I try to create a new catalog, selecting a name, clicking “GENERATE FILE FEED”. After about 10 seconds, I get an error:
    “Something went wrong during the connection with Facebook API. Please, try to refresh the page.”
    Tried multiple times, including deleting transients and re-connecting my pixel. Any help?

    Hi,

    apologies for the large delay, I’m here now to assist you on the issue!

    Please, upgrade the plugin to the latest version. Recently, we had to upgrade the plugin because of some FB API deprecations that affected product catalog and automatic pixel ID selection. I fear you still have an oldest version of the plugin.
