Well, we haven’t had any other reports of this, so it sounds like there must be a conflict somewhere. Do you have a separate test site you could work from so you can disable other plugins temporarily to see if the issue is resolved? Then you could re-enable one-by-one until the problem comes back to find the culprit.
You could do this on a live site, of course, but that’s not ideal.
To follow up on that, if you can find the culprit we can work to reproduce the problem here and then see if there’s something we can do on our end to resolve the problem in an update.

I am so relieved to hear from you too quickly. Honestly I’d been trying to find another WP Plugin since I encountered that problem but there’s really nothing at par. And I am just really happy that you guys have active support here.
I have found the culprit. Its the EMBED ANY DOCUMENT, Version 2.3.1 | By Awsm Innovations.
I hope you can help me resolve the conflict.

I’ve added this to our GitHub repo to take a look and see if we can get it fixed in this next update we’re just about to release. This update is a pretty big one, so there’s a chance it already works together in our new version. We’ll take a look and keep you posted!
