Can’t get Mega Menu enabled?

    I am trying to create a mega menu with max megamenu plugin. I followed your tutorials to install it, however, it is not working.

    I am using Blocksy Theme. After applying all the necessary settings inside Appearance-Menu, I saved my menu and checking to see if its working. It is not even getting applied.

    I’ve also tried doing as is stated in this tutorial: https://www.megamenu.com/documentation/blocksy/

    But when I add the shortcode in the HTML instead of Menu 1, it just shows the code in the header.

    Hi isaolesen,

    You will definitely need to follow the guide (replacing the menu block with an HTML block).

    When you paste in the shortcode, can you try switching from the “Visual” to the “Text” tab and paste it there instead?

    I tried pasting it in both the visual and the text tab, however, it just showed the shortcode instead of the menu in both cases. 🙂

    Hi isaolesen,

    That is odd, I wonder if they removed the ability to process shortcodes there. Please can you try pasting the shortcode into any post or page – does it work there?

    Hi again.

    I have tried pasting the shortcode into a page now. It seems like it works there.

    If they have removed the ability to process shortcodes in the header-editing system – how can I get the mega menu to work then? 🙂

    Hi isaolesen,

    I’ve just updated my copy of Blocksy to the latest version, and it’s still working for me. Can you paste in the shortcode, save the settings, then refresh – does it work then?
