When I make changes it shows in live editor then when I click the update button it doesn’t work I can’t get changes to stay how I want.
Not sure I disabled all plugins but nothing worked.

Hi, sorry to hear about the problem. Two things to try would be:

1. Temporarily deactivate all plugins in one go again.
2. Switch to Twenty Seventeen theme.
3. Test again, does the issue persist?
4. If the issue persists, follow these steps to open your browser console, are there any JavaScript errors present when trying to click save in the Live Editor:
