Can't get quick cache to work

    Hello,

    I’ve exhausted all suggestion through the support form with no success. I have WP 3.4 with checkout eCommerce. I know at one point quick cache worked and I’ve had it installed for about a year. It was about 2 weeks ago that I noticed my site slowing down. What i found was the cache directory had 1000’s of cache file. So I manually deleted all the old file and deleted QC then re installed. I would greatly appreciate some help.
