Can’t get support

There are a couple of problems with the theme that I have been unable to get support with and ended up having to fix one myself but have heard nothing about the other problem still, which makes the theme undesirable for me to use.

The theme shows to have features also that are not available to me for some reason, so I am not sure if this is to make people buy it just for those features or what because for 2 months + no one has answered me about the problems or the question about the features.

I like the theme, however with 25 years of computer experience, having put the questions simple enough, I feel that some support should have been available as it was available for others, and the demand is not high for support, so 2+ months of a wait is way too long to wait.

The support is free, this is understood, but when there is no support it is a cost to the people relying on this free support that never comes, or comes too late, as in my case.
