Cant get the plugin working.

Hi. I cant get this plugin to work
I get an error…

Fatal Unknown Error. Go to WP Staging > Settings and lower ‘File Copy Limit’ and DB query limitThan try again. If this does not help, open a support ticket…

Ive tried adjusting these settings but with no success.

What am I doing wrong please?
