Importing csv does not overwrite the data. The first column is the user name, the second column is the email address, and the password is the third column.
Why was it that I was able to update it, but now I can’t?

If the problem is that the php version is old, I will update it, but if there is a possibility of other problems, please let me know.

PHP version should not be the problem.

Check username, this is the one we use to get the user to update it.

Also check that you have chosen to update users of existing users in the import.

There is no problem with the user name. Existing users are also set to update, so there is no problem here. I do not know the cause at all.

The plugin I’m using is wp-members, amr users, amr users plus, Allow Multiple Accounts

If no error raises we cannot do much more from here.

Activate WP_DEBUG to true and check again.
