    I’ve been using this without fault for years and today I got this error when trying to import coupons

    Please choose the file in CSV format using Method 1.

    I used the same CSV as always, nothing seems different. What am I missing?

    Hi @abossola,

    Please tell us whether you are receiving any error messages on the import screen or not. If yes then please share us the screenshot of the same. Also please check the import log file(Woocommerce>status>logs>coupons-csv-import) to know the reason why the coupons were not imported.

    Hi @abossola,

    Please make sure that you are having file upload permission on your site. You can check if there is necessary permission by uploading a file in your site’s media library. If the issue still persists then please share with us your importing CSV file via support.
