    Hi there!

    The plugin works perfectly when I add the tracking numbers manually, but whenever I try to import them using a CSV file, they’re not imported.

    My main purpose is to sync tracking numbers with PayPal, so I would love to import tracking numbers in bulk and sync them with PayPal transactions.

    Hopefully you can fix this issue.

    The import function is still working correctly. I think the issue is with your csv file, maybe you do not config it correctly.
    Please send me your csv file, I will help you check it.

    I’m pretty sure that it’s exactly like the demo one but somehow the import doesn’t work.

    It tells me that the import was successful but the tracking numbers weren’t actually synced with Paypal transactions.

    Hi,
    It’s definitely the issue with your file, Order item IDs are all wrong.
    Different orders must have different Order item IDs. In your csv, Order item ID is the same for all orders so I think you set product/variation ID as Order item ID.
    To get correct Order item ID, please export your orders using the export function of our plugin then import again.
