Can’t Import Users

I am currently testing my community site with Ultimate Member plugin. I have exported the Users using WP Export All plugin from Site 1. Now I am trying to import using WP All Import to Site 2 but after importing users, the members directory (Members page) on Site 2 is not showing users.
I am currently testing of what will happen if my website goes off or anything so how will I make the community with Ultimate Member again on a new wordpress installation with all my users data intact and Members Directory recovered. My community is big minimum 10 thousand members.
Please help.

Can you access individual user accounts and see users data?
Have you selected user roles in your directory settings?Regards.
