    Dear Form Maker Team,

I want to use your plugin to update and insert data from a database.
I can insert the values from a different table into a select field. This works fine with the database. Then i want to connect the form to the same database and input the values into a different table. I choose the mysql mapping, connect to the database, select the table and filled some of the fields with some inputfields (only some fields are filled).
The generate and save button doesn’t work. I tried to input the mysql statement manualy, but this also doesn’t work.
So i tried to reinstall the plugin, same issues after the process.
    What can i do?

  • Hi!

Could you please check if there are any JavaScript errors on the page? If there are, this could be a conflict with another plugin.

Please try to deactivate the rest of your plugins one by one and check the button each time. See whether the problem persists after deactivating all other plugins.

You can re-activate them again after you finish the troubleshooting.

Please inform us of the results.
    Cheers!

It seems to be a problem with a specific table.
I disabled all plugins but nothing worked.
So i tried it with a different table. There i can generate the query and also write and safe it. What could be the solution?
