Hi @springen,
Can you please contact your hosting support and ask them if it would be possible to set jit=0 in php.ini file?
Hope this helps,
Mihai
Because it has been a month or more since your last reply, I am going to mark this as resolved as I assume you have found a solution. Please feel free to reply again if you still have questions.
Well, I’m having the same problem and more. Besides clicking on Add Gallery, clicking Gallery Settings has the same result. I’m kind of dead in the water.
I’ve added jit=0 to php.ini with no change.
I’m current with everything at https://muellerglass.tvwug.com:
WordPress 5.2.1
NextGEN Gallery Version 3.2.4
NextGEN Plus Version 1.6.12
Genesis Version: 2.10.1
Imagely LightlyVersion: 1.0.8

I’m having the same problem…
I may have found a way to fix this problem. Since we are using the Pro Horizontal Filmstrip template, which is included in the Plus and Pro options, there was no way to test this without either of the plugins. I had been activating each, but the problem continued. I finally deleted both and added the Plus back and then seems to have fixed this issue.
