Can’t Insert Images

    In the past, when writing a new post on my blog or updating; to ADD MEDIA, I simply click on ADD AN IMAGE..a new window appears which allows me to CHOOSE FILE FROM COMPUTER…I click on CHOOSE FILES TO UPLOAD button, and a window appears to allow me to pick the images off my hard drive. Now, when I click on that CHOOSE FILES TO UPLOAD button. Nothing happens. I’ve used firefox and safari, on a PC and a MAC, tried different logins, different computers, different browsers. To get around this, outside of the blog, I create a new URL page where the images reside and type in that URL in the blog admin page. They upload that way, but it’s clunky and time consuming.

    Not sure what it could be, but you could check your wp-content folder permissions, and try using the browser uploader instead of the flash uploader, and make sure you’re running the latest version of wordpress.

    Another thought- you could try disabling all of your plugins and see if that fixes it- if so, turn them back on one at a time to find the culprit.

    Hope that’s a start.
