Can’t Install 2.1.2 (problem w/ pluggable.php)

    Hey Everybody! Hope someone can help…

    I’m installing version 2.1.2 but i keep getting the same error. I’ve tried deleting & uploading wp-admin & wp-includes but can’t get past this error.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: setup_userdata() in /home/virtual/site2/fst/var/www/html/blog/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 21

    Any suggestions? Thanks in advance
