If you disable all your plugins and install+activate a default WordPress theme (Twenty*) do you still see this error?

I think the problem might be that some server limitation is reached during the installation, or a PHP error occurs. In any case, it should be logged. Try checking your server’s error log.
Alternativel, you could try to make the site write out the error to a file like this: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/257-messed-up-or-blank-page-in-back-end#frontend

Then please send me this error log.
