Can’t install a plugin

Hi,

so first of all, I’m new to this forum, so if my question, or rather problem, is in the wrong spot I’m sorry and feel free to move it to a more suitable place.

So I bought an elementor pro plugin, downloaded the .zip file, but when I wanted to install in on my wordpress dashboard I get the following error:

The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

Now, the .zip file is 3,1MB large, what file do I need to change to get this to work?
