same problem here. Every reference I’ve found to that error talks about exceeding disk quota – but I know that’s not a problem for me. Reallllly wish this worked. It’s a simple solution to such a repetitive task…

It seems the URL option does not work anymore. But name is working fine.

Uploaded one of them to own server and URL method also works there.
Mostly useless info I gave. Fast test not good enough. Does work but with 40 plugins it fails with mentioned error msg. Out of 40 16 installs, errors seems random.
