• Dear support team,

I accidently deleted the default user roles “ideapush guest” and “ideapush manager”. As a result my wordpress backend was no longer available, instead there was an error message. After removing the ideapush plugin from my wordpress page, the backend worked again properly, but as soon as I reinstall the ideapush plugin, the backend is again not available and instead there is the error-message. Is there something I can do about this, beacuse I would appreciate if I could reinstall the ideapush plugin.

    Kind regards
    Lara

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Remove the plugin from WordPress, install the plugin again from the official WordPress repository, don’t modify it, then activate it. If you get an error message please let me know what it is or better yet send a screenshot. Thanks,
