can't install jetpack

    I tried to install jetpack (probably clicked twice before installation completed) and I got this message every time I try to reinstall it.

    La directory di destinazione esiste già. /web/htdocs/www.fondazionemelazzini.it/home/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/

    The directory already exists. Tried to delete from cpanel (aruba) but doesn’t work and still cannot see jetpack corretly displayed in the plugin section.
    Can anybody pls help me?
