Can’t install the plugin

    Want to install this plugin, but I receive the following error message –

    I don’t have never installed this plugin on my local before, and I can’t find such a folder.
    Could you please help?

    Hi dear user.

    Sorry for the late response.

    Can you go to your FTP and remove our plugin folder manually and then install it again ?

    It seems the old folder is still there.
