error is “can’t copy /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/restrict-user-access/lib/freemius/includes/class-freemius.php installation failed”

what’s that all about?

Please check that the folders on your server have the correct permissions.

Did you install the plugin from the admin dashboard, or did you upload it manually via FTP?
Did you try out what @keraweb mentioned above?
