Cant install Theme

Hello,
Trying to install the following theme: https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609
When i try to install it from WordPress dashboard, i get “link expired” after a while.
When i try to manually install in from cPanel, it stops at 25%
I tried to install other themes, the free ones, and it works.
After that i increased max upload size in php.uni , but i still get the same issue
What could the issue be?

That’s freakin’ crazy!
Unzip the file locally and upload the theme’s directory via FTP to wp-content/themes.
You’re using a commercial theme and need support, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.
