Hello,
There is no plan to have auto installer available on 000webhost, upgrade to paid host then you will have several auto installer to select from.
There are two different web site builders in your cpanel on free hosting that you can use to build your site.
or you can upload any script want (as long as you are not violated TOS) by using ftp client or file manager you and then do the install after you uploaded.
