Can't installor update plugins

    this is what I am getting when I try to install a new plug in:
    ……
    Installing Plugin: bbPress 2.5.4
    Downloading install package from https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/bbpress.2.5.4.zip…
    Unpacking the package…
    Installing the plugin…
    Could not create directory. /home/aglioves/www/WordPress3/wp-content/plugins/bbpress/
    Plugin install failed.
    Return to Plugin Installer
    ……

    … as I do not speak Klingon… can anybody please help me? 🙂
    I installed WP4 but it happened also with the previous version….
    My website is http://www.agliovestito.com
    I use OVH for hosting (i hope it is so… as I said, I do not speak Klingon)
