Can’t interact with checkout input fields

Using Multi-User mode, if I (as a manager) use the dialog within the customer dashboard to switch to one of the sub accounts that I manage – and I then move to the checkout to finish an order; For some reason, I am unable to enter anything into the input fields in my checkout?
There are no console errors on the page, or anything in my error log. Is this a known issue?
