My site uses the Cornerstone page builder, which typically loads at website.com/cornerstone

This page builder will display a ‘page not found’ error only while WP Job Manager is active. Do you know why this could be?

    Thanks

We are not sure why WP Job Manager would interfere with Cornerstone. WP Job Manager does not occupy the cornerstone permalink. The keyword “cornerstone” is also not found in the WP Job Manager codebase.

Could you try this to isolate the causes.

Could you try these steps to temporarily disable all plugins and revert to a default theme?

    1. Install Health Check plugin on your site
    2. Download and install Twenty Twenty-Five on your site if not installed already
    3. Go to Installed Plugins. Click Troubleshoot on WP Job Manager. Enable Cornerstone in troubleshooting mode.
    4. Try viewing the Cornerstone builder.
    5. Once you are done, go back to wp-admin and disable troubleshooting mode through the top bar.

Thanks for the help. With the Health Check plugin I was able to determine that the issue only happens if both WP Job Manager and Event Espresso are active. If either are disabled, Cornerstone loads just fine. I believe the issue is with Event Espresso rather than WP Job Manager, and will investigate further.

    Thank you.

    Hi @spencermooreweb

Thanks for letting us know. I’m glad to hear that the Health Check plugin was able to give you more clues on what is going on. Let us know if we can help with anything else.
