Can’t log out after changing template (2.6)

    I run a custom theme on WP 2.6. Since upgrading (from 2.5.1), I can’t log out while that theme is active. Basically, the log-in page breaks. Please see the link for a view of what I’m seeing:

    The theme currently up is not the theme I’m normally using. I’ve disabled the theme I normally use until I can sort out the problem. Yes, this happens in EVERY browser, on every computer, with caches/authenticated sessions/cookies all cleared.

    Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

    Does anyone have any ideas what would cause a theme to break the log-out feature? Even the logout button on the dashboard ceases to function (see screenshot above).
