When you revert to Twenty Sixteen, do you at least see error messages when the login fails?
EDIT: I just tried logging into your site with the test account I created the other day and it worked.
Not getting errors, just not redirecting to the ticket page.

It’s the same person, I just by mistake used a different account.
Any solution? It’s really taking it’s toll on my site, i had to devise a workaround , to login using a different plugin.
But this is not optimal.
I’m a web developer and wanted to use this on other sites.
I noticed the same issue on other sites. I started disabling it on all sites that I develop.

Ok. What about my last message? Last time I tried on your site it worked (with Twenty Sixteen).
I didn’t notice you edited your reply.
It did not work for me with 2016 either, that’s why I reverted back.
I tried on multiple computers.
It works once, but when you logout and try logging in again, it does not redirect you to the submit ticket page.
I see. I’ve been able to login. Then I logged out, and can’t log back in.
Are you using a caching plugin?
I’m using Wordfence, but I have tried disabling it already, and still had the issue, should I try again?
