Can’t Login

Hi, I have a blog on “http://blog.kcmartz.com” and I cannot login to the admin area, it, after clicking the button to login, takes me back to the login screen; I try to do the “Lost your password” and get this:

The e-mail could not be sent.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function...

Please help, I cannot post onto my new blog!

And I have never done ANYTHING with the “mail()” function!
