We don’t need any images, just need to know what error you’re encountering and if you’re logging in to the site in your mobile device’s browser or the WordPress app.
i’m also having trouble logging in using the mobile app on ios. i just downloaded the latest version of the app and openend it. i was already logged into my website through the app, then i logged out. when i went to log back in again. i get “looks like this username isn’t associated with this site” so i opened a browser, logged into my site and then updated my password and tried to log in again with the new password on the mobile app and got the exact same result. i have no trouble logging into one of my other sites. i should note that my username is “admin” wondering if that could be causing issues?

yeah seems to have something to do with the username “admin”. i created a new user on my website and was able to login no problem

I can’t log into my site using the WordPress Mobile app.
For somereason it tells me that my username and password are incorrected returning a NOT_AUTHENTICATED error.
However, I use the some username and password to log into my webiste on chrome, safari, Firefox and many other browsers.
After an extensive search I have checked that:
1. xmlrpc.php is enabled (when testing this using https://remyvastgoed.com/xmlrpc.php it returns “XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.”
2. My username and password are 100% correct.
3. There is supposed to be a section on “Remote Publishing” in the settings > writing but that doesn’t appear on my site.
4. I have nothing on my site nor hosting that disables the xmlrpc
Can anyone please help me fix this?
@deancheukalam have you checked for security plugins on the site that may be blocking the app? The app may look like a bot to such plugins and be blocked
Are you using your WordPress.com account login details or your site’s wp-admin login details?
Can you see if you can log in to your site with the same username and password at the following link?

If you’re unable to log in, you can try resetting your password using this link, then sign in to the app:
