Cant Login

I cant login to my site at http://www.semioffice.com/wp-admin/

I applied all the methods

replacing wp-login.php replaced
password changed from database
theme removed
plugin removed

any one can help me

basically when i login with correct user and pass it do nothing. simple make the password field blank. no any other action.

but when i enter wrong password then it shows wrong.
