• The plugin worked great…
Only after installing the plugin we couldn’t login to our administrator-panel. Thererefore we where shut out of our own website.

After disabeling the plugin with FTP we were able again to login.

    Is this a common problem?
    How to solve this?

Not exactly sure what you did, but the only way to lock yourself out (that I know of) would be to enable the plugin’s moderated registration setting and then try log in with a different admin account that isn’t activated. (The plugin automatically sets the admin that enables that setting as activated specifically to prevent you from locking yourself out.)

    No

Don’t know, because I don’t really know why exactly you were locked out initially. I’d suggest looking at the relationship of the issue with other plugins – meaning, are there other plugins installed that have something to do with users, logins, etc? Try disabling other plugins and see if you get the same result. That may help you isolate what’s going on. (Also, start with the plugin’s default settings before you start enabling additional features.)
