Hi,
Can you try accessing my domain.com/wp-admin?
If you still unable to access, please try deactivating the plugin by renaming the plugin folder to something else.
Joel,
No I cannot. It just redirects.
I tried renaming the plugin directory – that just throws me into an infinite redirect loop.
I tried disabling the plugin via the wp_options table in the database – same loop.
I tried modifying the i4t3_gnrl_options table in the database – any changes result in the same loop. Of these options I tried to modify the redirect_link and the exclude_paths. Same result.
DO NOT rename the entire plugin directory. Rename our plugin main folder (404-to-301).
Yes correct – I just renamed the plugin’s directory.
If you have successfully renamed the folder, it should have deactivated! Wierd.
Can you check from another machine? Also, please share your website home page url if possible.
Have a look – http://www.motosk8.com
I have tried 2 different computers and a mobile device. Been working on this issue for a little while now – starting this thread was my last option.
Our plugin is deactivated. When I access the login page I get page not found page. See this screenshot:
Can you make sure that this issue is related to 404 to 301 plugin? If you have renamed the plugin folder already, this plugin will not work. So it could any other plugin.
The only other plugins are a contact form plugin and akismet – both of which I did the same thing – renamed their individual directories.
Here is what I get…2 computers – 3 different browsers plus a mobile phone…

edit: yes I’ve cleared cookies, etc.

If all plugins are inactive it should be something else, not plugins issue. Can you check your server error logs? Or ask your web host to check the error logs?
