Thanks for reaching out. I’ve tried reproducing the issue on my end using the Jetpack math CAPTCHA. In my case, the CAPTCHA worked and I could log in successfully after solving it.
I noticed you also have a few other plugins active that could be involved, especially:
- WPS Hide Login – which changes the login URL and may interfere with how Jetpack handles the CAPTCHA
- LiteSpeed Cache – which can sometimes cache the login page or CAPTCHA validation and cause loops
- Limit Login Attempts Reloaded – which adds its own login protections that might overlap with Jetpack Protect
These types of plugins can sometimes conflict with Jetpack’s login features. To confirm if Jetpack is truly the cause, it would help to test briefly with only Jetpack active (and the others temporarily disabled). That way, we can see if the issue still happens in isolation.
